Booking Policy:
Reservation Confirmation:
- A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment or an advance amount equivalent to 30% of the total booking amount is necessary to confirm your reservation.
Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in time is at 8:00 AM, and check-out time is at 7:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation Period:
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date to qualify for a refund.
- Cancellations days of the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Advance Amount:
- The advance amount paid during booking (30% of the total booking amount) is non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation, the Booking advance amount will not be returned
No-Shows:
- In the case of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior notice), the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Note:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [number of days] working days after the cancellation is approved.
